Introduction to Site Structure
 

 

Structure:
1) index.htm describes the main page of the site or the main page of the folder/directory.
2) All filenames are in lowercase letters, without spaces or special characters. All names must end with the appropriate extension (e.g. .htm , .mov , .jpg)


There are 4 common ways to structure web sites:
