Image, audio and video files are not actually "on" web pages. They are located in directories in the web site, and are linked in HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) to a web page.For example, the HTML coding on the page that you are viewing, 'directs' your browser to the location of the image file. Your browser locates the image file and displays it on your screen.
